Simple Finance Technology Corp., the makers of BankSimple , a service for those who wish banking were easy, announced the close of a $2.9 million Series “A” round of financing. Â First Round Capital, IA Ventures and Village Ventures led the round, with support from Jerry Neumann, SV Angel, Nauiokas Park and several, as yet, unannounced angel investors.
