Finance director discusses bond rating upgrade, sales tax

Cleburne Mayor Ted Reynolds congratulated city staff in the finance department on Tuesday and announced that Standard & Poors raised the rating on Cleburnes outstanding water and sewer system revenue bonds from A-plus to AA-minus.
